We had 13 old windows in our house replaced recently. What made us choose Eticom is that they really seemed to place customer service first. There was no high-pressure sale, but I did get a good sense of the difference between all the products. (We ended up going with the more premium product - planning to only do this once.) You get to meet the installer who will actually do your job before they even get going. It seems like a small thing, but it made a difference. Anthony was awesome!

We purchased a new double front door from Eticom Windows and Doors in the fall. Though it took a few months for the door we chose to get here (we knew it would) it is beautiful and was worth the wait.
