I visit Dr. Randy Rizek's office couple time and deal with Ms.Naaz. She is wonderful lady .She handle all patients very professionally , sweet spoken lady and she know her job. I visit Doctor one time only yet ,he is great person. Thanks.

My dad Pritam Singh had both knees done with Dr. Rizek. Amazing results from both surgeries and the wait list was not bad either. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone who need knee replacement. Naaz, the receptionist is also very helpful and good manners. Always return your phone messages and give you the clear instructions for the surgery. Great team work!
I feel that this doctor came in, stood at the doorway and rushed the whole appointment. I dont think I was heard, not did he spend any time trying to listen to my concerns. I think he should gain some more empathy and compassion towards his patients.

Did my mother's left Knee and my father is on the list for a hip replacement. Good bed side manner and very personable. I would recommend him. He gets it done right away. My father has couple thing to resolve before his surgery. Nice secretary and both are very professional.
