I called to get expert advice for my garage door that doesn't close. I've been waiting from 10am in the morning and was told he would arrive in an hour. I called back every 2 hours and he gave the same reply. He first apologized that he had some mortgage work to do and I understood. At 2pm I called for the 3 time, he told me he doesn't know when he will be coming. I firmly explained to him that I put all my plans on hold and have been waiting for him to show as he mentioned he would. All I asked for was a set time he will arrive latest by. He then began yelling at me saying \how will I know when I can come?! I'm here and I don't know if I will come today! Go call someone else man!\ I did not appreciate his manner and tone, and stopped him midsentence and told him to not show. I had my garage door repaired 5 years ago from the same company and had no problem then. But now there's been a change in the customer service experience and it's not worth dealing with.

Totally recommend Deol Garage Doors if you need a new one installed. The technician, called when he was about 20 minutes out which was a nice perk and he was very friendly and went over everything he was going to do during his visit and then tested the system before leaving. My garage door works perfectly and the noise level is considerably low. Very professional and courteous. And the price was reasonable. Yes! Highly recommend!!

Awesome service, the technician arrived the same day of me placing a call for a broken spring. The noise level of my opener is even lower then before. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a professional service at a very reasonable price.
