I have been coming to this location for the past few years for various ultrasounds. I want to take this time to acknowledge the great experience I had today. The front desk staff, all three ladies were very pleasant and friendly. They were professional and booked me in a timely manner from the phone call in the morning to the time I walked in the office. I felt safe with all their Covid 19 measures. I also wanted to mention that I was seen today by Samina the Ultrasound tech and by chance, she was the same tech that has done almost all of my past ultrasounds. She is very professional and gentle and I'm happy to keep going back to see a familiar face. Thank you all :)

Worst experience twice. My first experience with ultrasound was really bad with this lab and took my second chance to see if they change the person this time. Unfortunately the same lady did my ultrasound this time too. She was so rude both times, she told me I shouldn’t have booked my ultrasound this early since I had my last one. Who are you to tell me when should I get my tests done and when not, it’s me and my doctor who will decide and you have no right to comment on such sensitive issues. She did not cover my clothes properly before the ultrasound and as soon as I got up, the gel was all over my clothes and it felt so sticky. I am not saying the entire lab is not worth it but this one person definitely makes the experience worst. I wish I knew her name so I could mention here and save other people from this unpleasant experience. She doesn’t communicate at all throughout the session and it feels so awkward. I felt like she has no heart. I will never ever go to this lab.

I have no problem with staff. However, during this time of pandemic with the threats of the variants, staff use of PPE left much to be desired. Wonder if there was lack of training or complacency on the part clinic management. 1. Mask is not worn properly - under the nose while in close proximity with patient. 2. Handling of mask when asked by patient to cover nose - touching it in the middle and push it up everytime; then touching patient and everything else. Very concerning! Think about the risk for patient and staff. Not to mention what an outbreak can cause the clinic. Hope someone would ensure proper use of PPE. Live up the your Covid-19 Statement of commitment! Thanks.
