Everything was quick and staff was friendly. Online check-in for X-Ray made the process much easier for me. Overall was very fast and smooth.
The service in the medical centre was very professional, fast, and great. The doctor was very kind and professional, too. The reason for 3 stars is the front staff behavior which seems to be rude and unprofessional. And nobody will not like that behavior if you are there for paid services.
I had a very good experience over there. The front staff as well as lady doctor was very polite and nice. I would recommend this centre to everyone.
Perfect place for medical necessary for immigration procedure. All the staff and doctors are very concerned about every procedure. Thanku so much everyone for your kind and supportive behavior.
1- Only 1 Functional Elevator during covid times 2- Was expecting it but still there was no mention of the 250 medical fee in the confirmation e-mail 3- Was told that you need to download an App to check-in for the xrays. There was no mention of this in the appointment confirmation e-mail, why don't you mention this in the e-mail so patients could come in prepared ? If there is such system, why do you still have people wait in a cramped up corridor for their turn rather than developing a call system for whoever is next in line so people can wait outside ? Also not everyone has smartphones, maybe a separate system for them ? In overall, it just felt like everything could've been WAY more organized to make both the health care workers jobs easier/safer as well as the patients. It was just unbelievable to see such low care regarding Covid guidelines a year into the pandemic. I did not feel safe at all during my visit and felt horrible for the health care personnel who do have to be there every day. Hope this gives an insight
This service in the medical centre was very professional, fast, and great. The doctor was very kind and professional, too. The reason for 3 stars is that they refer you to an x-ray place in the same building which is awful. You can check the x-ray place's reviews on Google and see for yourself. They don't provide you with any other options, so you kinda of find yourself in a situation that you have to accept it. It's too late when you realize how grimy the x-ray place is and how different the service they provide is from the medical centre itself. The x-ray place also only accepts cash. I would recommend that they offer some better options for x-ray.
Simple website to use and book an appointment. They take Covid seriously and the place is clean. The reception staff and nurses are friendly yet professional (they speak Punjabi if required). The doctor I had was a Canadian guy who was also friendly and professional. You get referred to the x-ray clinic downstairs, there really is no problem with the state of this clinic unless you live in a luxury world, the staff are friendly, x-ray takes 1 minute, and they send the results back to to CIM. I would definitely book an appointment again with this place.
