I don't think I could have much worse of an experience from a dealership, not only has this soured my taste on this dealer but ford as a whole, I will never purchase another Ford... Support your local workers buy a Toyota. Encase they try to update or reply saying they solved my issues they have not..
Friendly parts staff. But i shouldn't be paying 15 for plastic parts worth 2 cents. Aswell; plastic coolant reservoirs shouldnt be cracking at 4 years age. Quality of vehicles seems to keep decreasing. They should consider adjusting their price tags.
Amazing customer service. The lady at the front was very polite and got me connected to a sales representative right away. They were able to help me with all my questions. Highly recommend for any of your Ford related needs or questions they have first class service.
