I called CCV last week to get insurance for my son's new car. I was a little disappointed that I left a voicemail in the morning but did not get a call back until late in the afternoon. But as soon as customer service forwarded my request to sales, I received a call from Tess Montes immediately. Given it was late in the day and we needed it the following day, Tess worked hard to get us the best rate and get everything completed in time. She is very professional and accommodating.
