I had 3 companies quote me to replace my patio door, all 3 reputable and well known. With different technologies came different price points. What Brock had to offer fit my situation the best. The whole process and experience was easy and pleasant from the call to get the free quote all the way to install and invoice. I had them replace my garage door a few years ago. Their price was competitive and even better than some of lesser known companies. They impressed me then and I was satisfied again.

Had some windows and doors replaced about 2015-Had a great installer at the time. Company changed hands clearly. I called to have a bow window replaced and they came to get my business all right. Was not prepared to sign a contract until some issues in my home were resolved. That did not happen.There customer service is deplorable . No one could be bothered to get back to me , therefore I went with another company to install our bow window instead. I kept getting the excuse- \ We are busy \ Sorry in my books that is terrible customer service. HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO GIVE YOU NEW BUSINESS, WHEN YOU CAN NOT BE BOTHERED TO FIX MY OLDER PROBLEMS. Windows and Doors are still under warranty. SHAME ON YOU Brock windows and doors.

We recently had our front door replaced with a larger door and two sidelights from Brock Doors and Windows. Our salesman Bill Kovac was very knowledgeable and courteous and made sure we were completely satisfied with our choice of door and glass for the sidelights. Our installer Eugene was very professional. He installed our door on one of the coldest days of the winter and did a fantastic job. We are extremely happy with our new door and would definitely recommend Brock Doors and Windows.

Brock had installed our bedroom windows a few years back. Called them for a quote for all windows and doors on the main level. The rep came out and measured. Visited the showroom to pick out our front door. Placed the order and everything was installed three months later which is great in these Covid times. Installed 8 Northstar triple glazed windows including a large living room window, one patio sliding door and a front door. Installation was on the agreed upon date and the installer was very experienced. Very happy with the entire process and the look and feel of our new windows and door. Neigbours like it too.
