Rosa and her husband, who own Brampton Monuments are very empathetic and knowledgeable about the requirements to specific cemeteries and their regulations. They liaise for you so you don't have to worry about the particulars. They assisted in a manner that lightened the heavy decision-making load. Very patient and caring. Monument represents family resting ground and we are extremely pleased.

My sister and I used Brampton Monuments for our parents' grave marker. It is absolutely beautiful. Rosa was kind, compassionate and incredibly helpful. She listened to us, and made very good suggestions to help us get exactly what we wanted. Her attention to detail is excellent, as is her demeanour. Brampton Monuments did a great job on my father's monument. Rosa and Stan were easy to work with, communicative and empathetic throughout the entire process. I should add that this happened despite the fact that we're in a pandemic - something we were not sure would be easy. My Dad's monument turned out exactly how we wanted it - and just as important to us - how he would have wanted it. On behalf of my entire family, I want to extend our sincere thanks. I highly recommend them.
Would not refer this business. Unfortunately, several mistakes made on poor ceramic picture quality. No responsibility owned by business owner. Kept blaming me, machine, my picture. We paid extra to mount, picture. Ended up with color bleeding, looked like my loved one was in a brutal accident. Finally they corrected the picture, but requested another installation fee. Found woman there not working on families behalf or in families best interest. More importantly, in favour in stating, how much less she charged then others. Money was never an issue, i expressed to her, quality of work and a representation of my loved one was. Very sad and disappointed with this service.
