Our family has been patients of Dr Basra. It’s always a delight and a pleasure to see her. She is very thorough, kind, welcoming. She delivers a high standard of service and treatment. I was thrilled to find her after she moved out of the Mississauga location. I found her after searching in Google for the Best Eye Doctor in Brampton. She is in the list! She deserves to be there! In one word - excellent! The location is less than a year old and all the equipment is still very new. From the moment I arrived, to the time I left, I was treated with exceptional care and professionalism. In the time I was there, the staff proved themselves quite knowledgeable. Dr. Basra is by far the most approachable, patient, thorough and competent O.D. that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Overall a very positive experience. I look forward to returning. It's great knowing I finally found a truly great \family\ O.D. who is literally within walking distance.

Very happy with Brampton family Eye Care. I moved from a small town hoping I'd find that same approach to level of personal care. I certainly have found it here with the welcoming staff and pleasant atmosphere. Dr Basra takes the time to address any concerns, and does a thourough eye examination. Not once did I feel there was a rush and she also made my daughter's very first eye appointment a fun experience for her. Thanks team! Keep up the great work
