I am changing my review after giving Bramgate Volkswagen another go. I had given this Volkswagen a 1 star after having a bad experience but I gave them one more chance and from now on I will continue to go here. They waiting area is always well maintained, and their staff are amazing!!!! There is this one service rep that I recommend to anyone that has a Volkswagen her name is Brittany Sakoor. She is one of the best service reps that they have. she is honest and always upfront. I will only go there if she is my service rep. Other than that this Volkswagen is amazing!!

The experience here is amazing, we bought a new car from here, the Volkswagen Atlas and we traded in our Kia Forte. This place is truly the best place to buy a car. We bought the atlas from Richey.
