Cannot reach out to them. Tried calling all the locations. None of the contact numbers work. I paid for the Pick Up Drop service and didn't receive the shipping label. Its been more than a month now. My passport has been expired as well. Not sure how to move forward since there's no point of contact. Also created the case on their website but still no response.

I was initially disappointed because I was not able to connect with agents from BLS over phone. Once I spoke to the agent(i forgot her name), who was extremely helpful & gave all important information, did the refund when I was charged extra online. I was thrilled to see the OCI card delivered to us within 20 days of application pick up. I would like to than the team of BLS, Indian Consulate & purolator team of Canda.
The worst service ever seen. A typical office where incompetence is at it's best. The phone number is never reachable. It is understandable that this is difficult time for everyone but then as a representative of Consulate of India BLS should be more mature and responsible to take every request in a proper and organized manner. They do not respond to email; just an auto generated ticket number. If there is a discrepancy in application, there is no reason to return the entire file and we have to pay for the courier once again. This is sheer money making company. A mail should be sent for the missing documents. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. BUT DO WE HAVE ANY CHOICE?????? ZERO STARS
It has been over a year since the pandemic started. \High number of calls and due to pandemic\ is no longer an accepted excuse. You have had plenty of time to adjust. There are conflicting/confusing information throughout their website. Phone numbers provided on the help page are not assigned. Keep landing on the same page when trying to get more information through the links provided. And their call centre is cherry on the cake. Sorry to say that having monopoly in the field ( a contract ) doesn't mean you are providing top class services. Hope there was an alternative to BLS.
I was pleasantly surprised with the level of efficiency and consideration of the staff. A shout out to Hiral who was awesome I had not got some documents, she was lenient with grace time and provided solutions, v pleased with BLS Brampton
