This was the first time I got a storage unit, and I was quite apprehensive about the process going in. However Bibi, manager @71 Rosedale Brampton North location, made the process very smooth and hassle free. Bibi was very informative and provided with all the necessary information. Great customer service experience! From the first person whom I called to reserve the unit to the last person who gave me the keys and instructions. It is good to see companies training their employees and emphasizing in a customer experience more than selling to the end user.
