Do not waste your time applying for this apartment. They are prejudice and will deny your application and then blame it on the computerized application system that they use, even if you can more than afford their basic units and have perfect credit. Please save yourself the time and effort and apply elsewhere!
I love this place, the people are so friendly. The managers and maintainance are all so helpful.
Clean, well maintained apartments, they just need to add more fun activities for tenants and should add a gym that would be great!
PEOPLE DO NOT APPLY TO LIVE IN THIS APARTMENT. The workers there take money under the table to secure your apartment for someone else! We were led on for two weeks being told that \ we were the only ones that applied\ to being told at the end that WE WERE DECLINED AND THAT THEY SENT AN EMAIL 1 WEEK AGO WHICH THEY DID NOT! The ultimate scam artists and liars. I will be calling and reporting to head office.
