Best place to get the pond stuffs, Koi fish & food. Chris is very friendly and great service. They have a outside pond with lot of water plants and some huge Koi that I seen.

Was in the store on May 31st to buy a floating plant bag. Said they didn't have any in stock but were making some the next day and would ship to me. Paid 49.99. After 2 weeks sent and email, no response. First week of July called and was told they were being made and it would be shipped. End of July another email sent, no response. Now August 15th, tried calling again but can't get an answer. Do not buy from here unless you take the product with you. Burn your money instead of spending here, at least you will get some use out of it in the form of warmth.

Don't buy online from this company! Although I did receive my order, two types of the plants I ordered were missing, even though the packing slip showed they were shipped. When I called the company, they said that they \couldn't get in touch with me\ (a lie as I did not receive any phone calls or emails from them ) so they sent me extra duckweed to make up for it. Since duckweed is just a bunch of little leaves there's no way of knowing if I actually received extra. However the right thing for them to do would be to simply not charge me for the plants they couldn't deliver. Also, NONE OF THE PLANTS ORDERED HAVE DONE WELL. Even though we followed the instructions exactly for introducing the plants into our pond, the only plants still hanging on (barely) are the water hyacinths, and they are not growing at all. By now they should be almost covering the pond. They barely take up one small corner. Also the duckweed completely disappeared 48 hours after it was put into the pond. I will never place another order with this company.
