Bradford Valley LTC staff and administrators do not have the training or basic human decency to safely care for Dementia patients. Our loved one was medicated with dangerous drugs not meant for use in Dementia patients against the family's wishes. We were threatened with legal action by Dr. Darvesh when we resisted the prescription. Our incontinent loved one was left sitting in soiled diaper briefs in a wheelchair every day for hours at a time. The staff was punishing them for wetting their bed, causing the staff to have to take one fitted sheet off of a plastic covered mattress and replace it with a new sheet daily. That was too much work for them. Being stranded in the wheelchair during this punishment time caused painful pressure ulcers (bed sores) to develop. Because of the poor care and lack of proper medical intervention, the bed sores became infected. The medication Bradford Valley\u200b administered\u200b without our consent caused our loved one to suffer serious falls, a severed wrist, a heart attack plus other painful complications. Our loved one ultimately died of neglect in the form of septic blood poisoning from the pressure ulcers as well as serious heart damage from the unauthorized medication. Bradford Valley did not care about any of this. I would never, ever recommend anyone else's family member live there. Bradford Valley staff have our loved one's death on their hands. Please keep your loved one safe and away from this terrible facility. No one should suffer like our loved one and family did at their hands.

My mother- in-law has been living in the Country house for the past 4 months and is having a wonderful time. Everyone is friendly and accommodating and she is always thrilled to introduce us to everyone she remembers the names of. My wife and I enjoy our visits with her mom, staying for lunch, visiting the lobby, the garden and being able to sit and reminisce at our leisure. Mom has enjoyed the bus trips, and all the activities that Ashley plans for her group. She enjoys the variety of food offered and the fact she doesn’t have to do all those dishes.
I was here this past Sunday, the staff were all outstanding. Starting from my initial contact with Clara, all the way to the nursing staff, they were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thank you for the warm hospitality. John
Thank you to all the staff on Country for the amazing care you provide to the residents on your unit and for the caring compassionate way you treat the families of those residents. I will forever be grateful.
My father in law has only been there for a short while but so far the care has been outstanding
