Dr Chai has three things going for him: 1) communication - He's excellent at informing me of what is going to happen, both before and during the procedures. A very friendly guy and great people skills. 2) expertise - I've had a variety of procedures in a few short months and Jesse's experience was obvious during each of them. Exam; fillings; root canal; crowns. His team is wonderful too, with cleanings, organization, and assisting with the procedures. 3) facility - He supports his quality work using state of the art equipment, which shows an investment in his practice and in himself. I watched a robot make my new crown and the whole process was done in one visit. That was impressive and also incredibly time efficient for both them and me. No second visit needed to finish the crown. Thanks, everyone!

We’ve tried several dentist places in Bradford before, and Bradford Family Dentistry has definitely been the best one. Dr. Chai is very thorough, and knowledgeable, and his hygienists are all very patient, caring, and friendly. My 4 young kids really enjoy going there, and they have done a great job making my family feel comfortable. I highly recommend this dentistry! 5 stars!

Wonderful Dental Office with a hard working staff! The hygienist are amazing! They take the time to educate you about good oral health and I never feel judged. Dr. Chai and his assistants make even the bad side of dental work a good experience. I would recommend Bradford Family Dentistry to anyone!

I have been going to Bradford Family Dentistry for fourteen years and continue to do so even after moving to Barrie two years ago. I highly recommend Dr. Jesse Chai. He is very personable, explains procedures thoroughly and most importantly, does excellent dentistry! Jesse is also honest and treats staff and patients with respect. I was there today for a root canal and crown and was very comfortable during the entire procedure. Attending was Alex, a dental assistant who also exels in her work. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming.
