I first met Alex in 2017 and I was referred by a friend at work. I was so hesitant, I had read so many bad reviews about Botox. But I knew I wanted to do some preventative work on scaring from acne around my mouth and some work around my eyes. I immediately felt at ease when meeting Alex and her knowledge of the products and her warm and welcoming demeanour made me feel confident I had chosen the right service and professional. Not only is Alex a registered nurse, she is an incredibly open and honest professional who is kind and sensitive to what I believe can be a scary experience. After 2 years I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Ever. She has not only made me feel confident but has listened to my concerns and has never made me feel rushed or made suggestions for my skin that wasn’t in my best interest. Alex is what every woman hopes to find in this business. A sincere, honest work ethic and impeccable service that is simply not found now a days.
