5 star? Lol This isn’t Canada’s Wonderland. Good place to take your little kids for the day if they need a distraction.

Very fun place to go for birthdays or just to visit. Sadly we went when Coronavirus was at its peak so the zip line area was not open which is a major part of the village. But otherwise the other attractions are open and fun! I recommend bringing friends and your children or family! Though it may be crowded a bit. Overall great place but sometimes long lines!

Santa's village has wonderful staff. They answer your questions and are patient. Given the circumstances currently all the rides are not opened, but the park has reduced it's price to reflect it. Still well worth the money. Although would've been better at full price and all rides opened. Nevertheless, still a good day trip. This park is great for 5-11 and at the sports park, up to adults. Go karting was fun too.

Excellent place to have time woth children, we went there for half day but we wished to come for all day. Even covid19 and limited access to some parts it was very good to have time in there. Don't miss the take photo eith Santa

A childhood place and memory I'll never forget. Every few years we'd head up here as a family all the way from Cleveland. Santa's Village was a place I was always excited for! It's a must for kids and families who are in the area or visiting one of the many lakeside areas. It'll always be a place dear to my heart. Much love from Cleveland!

It's a great place for families with small children . There are lots of kid friendly rides with very short lines. Line ups to visit with Santa can be a bit longer but a great thrill for the children; their wait is rewarded with a free elf hat from Santa. There is a sign that says that photos with Santa cost 5 but that's only if you want have the helper take and print a photo with their camera. Taking your own photos is obviously free. Also Santa occasionally makes the rounds within in the park in his "golf cart'; it's another chance for the little ones to have a quick visit with Santa. There's a small splash pad and beach for the little ones to cool off. There's also a large cabin nearby that functions as a family change room. Visit Elf Island; it's a playground where kids can climb nets, slide, walk an obstacle course, and even pan for minerals. Make sure you take a ride on "Santa's Summer Sleigh" for a fun boat excursion on the river with the entertaining pirate captain, Terrible Tom. Food seems reasonably priced. Watch for admission ticket discounts and special days where characters from popular children's animated TV shows make an appearance.

Great place for kids, lots to do at good price. First time visiting it but would definitely come back. Wait times are short for almost all the rides except a couple of boat rides. Santa’s sleigh was the best one for me. Liked the roller coasters and boat rides. Kids also get a small toy for completing scavenger hunt.

The kids had fun which is the most important thing, but I couldn't explain to them why there were goats in the pen with the reindeer names instead of reindeer, and no reindeer to be found. We knew the rides were closed due to Covid, which left the park pleasantly quiet with no lineups to deal with. A definite bonus. The kids loved the Elves aerial course. But the food options were limited (Dasher's donuts and Prancer's Poutine were both closed, ice cream stand was almost out of flavours), and what was open was expensive; we ended up leaving earlier than planned and went for lunch elsewhere. The gingerbread cookies were delicious, and kids were happy they got to take their own back to the campsite to decorate.
