Only place I'll let work on my vehicles. Vic, took a look at my windshield yesterday and had me scheduled in first thing this morning. Courtesy ride home was unexpected but appreciated. Car was clean and driver well spoken and polote. Car was ready before the ETD. Very conscientious about customer safety. Everyone was wearing a mask, pens were disinfected before using, bank machine was wiped prior to use and after use. Car was washed and sanitized. I left a happy camper. Only point is now after talking to Bill I find myself looking at 68's muscle cars... That shall wait. 4Runner needs bodywork first.

I originally wanted to take my BMW 645 to another auto body shop but I was referred to Boyd in Port Coquitlam from one of my clients. So, I gave them a shot and it was a great experience. Jamal the representative in charge of taking care of my best interest inform me exactly what was going to worked on for my bimmer. The cost was explained clearly and he also informed me that he treats customers cars as if it was his own. In my mind I said I’ll see how this experience will be and then make my conclusion. A few days later my BMW was ready for pick up and what I wanted to get done was complete with great care and quality. Jamal introduce me to the principal Bill and he also explained to me what what was worked on and that their work comes with a satisfaction guarantee. Overall it was a great experience and Jamal did treat my BMW as if it was his own. Thanks guys for taking care of my baby! If anyone is looking for and auto body shop come here. Clean office & shop. Excellent customer care and attention. For those that know me I’m very hard to impress and only want the best! I highly recommend Boyd in Port Coquitlam.
Walked in after my car was involved in a hit and run they gave me full confidence right off the bat. drop my car off for a week, and when I pick it up I'm shocked to see they only fixed half the damage gave me a run around excuse why it wasnt completely fixed. I get home go to put washer fluid in and to my surprise it comes right out the bottom. They never connected or even cheaply tied off the washer fluid hoses. They made their money off me that's all that matters to them. Would not recommend. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be dragged through the dirt. Insult to injury they didn't fix properly the half job they did.
Called in ahead to do a badge swap for my car and the owner told me to stop by this morning. He took a quick look and started working on it right away. I know it was a tedious job so I helped him a little with taking the glue off. When he was finished, the job was done spotlessly and he didn't even charge me for it! Great guy, very professional. I would be more than happy to have my vehicle fixed for anything with this autoshop. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. (I will get you that coffee I promised.)
I recently went to Boyd Poco to have my windshield replaced, as always, they did a phenomenal job! Bill and his team are great to deal with, the front end staff and technicians are awesome. I always head here for my auto needs. Keep up the great work!!!
