The salesperson was great (Megan) and very patient with my many hours testing beds. I was very satisfied with the choice of bed I purchased and she was able to help me afford a more expensive bed as a floor model. Very happy so far with my bed.

I went in Saturday and bought an incredible mattress at an incredible price... super happy I was able to pickup from the warehouse the same day!!!
The Good: The associate Megan was a delight to deal with and was extremely knowledgeable. The Bad: The incorrect box spring was delivered. When calling back to the store I had to deal with the male worker who insisted that I purchased a 'mix n match' deal, when that was incorrect as noted on the receipt and that deal wasn't even on when the set was purchased. Also tired to tell me that the mattress usually isn't the same size as the box spring. Then I was informed I wouldn't be charged a fee to switch them (even though it was clearly an error on Sleep Country's part), no apology for the error or that they had to come back to switch out the wrong box spring. Clearly customer service is lacking on his part. If you go to the Bowmanville location make sure you deal with Megan!
I purchased just a box spring for my sons new bedroom and was very pleased. So pleased in fact that I purchased a 2nd box spring for my other sons bed a few weeks later. The entire experience in store (1st bed) to online (2nd bed) to the delivery team was 5*. I was given a price adjustment as well without any issues. AMAZING experience.. I will not be shopping elsewhere ever again for mattresses!

Megan was absolutely amazing to deal with when purchasing my new mattress. Megan was extremely helpful answering every question I had with a smile, at no point did I feel any pressure. Definitely will recommend anyone I know searching to go here and ask for Megan. Thanks again!
I have to give a huge thank-you! The staff were amazing today! I unfortunately had a "wardrobe malfunction" today while in the store and the staff were very helpful and respectful! It made an awkward experience a lot easier. Huge shout out to Carter and his female counterpart (I'm sorry that I didn't catch your name, but love the accent!)
Visited to this store to buy my first mattress and was thrilled with the service. Both Megan and Carter were excellent. I will absolutely return here for my future bedding purchases.
