Do not waste your money on extended warranty from this company. Their job is to make sure you don't have a claim. I have rust in my new freezer and that is not covered as it is "cosmetic". I have grease that leaked between the panes of glass in my self-clean range. That to me indicates a breach in the seal between the glass. The warranty company says it is "cosmetic". I purchased the extended warranty as I have always done so when there was a Sears as that is where I always bought appliances due to their amazing warranty and service. Sears is gone and so is a good extended warranty!!! On top of that they have employees giving reviews about working conditions in order to boost their ranking. Now that is CROOKED

The worst customer service you will experience. They come up with excuses and loop holes to not provide the service you have paid for. I would never recommend their warranty to anyone. I had to call multiple times to ask to speak to a supervisor and was told on 4 different occasions that one would call me in 2 hours. Two months later after my multiple follow ups I get a hold of one only to be told they would not honour my claim. We had a stain on our couch and because of the lock downs and pandemic did not want anyone in our house. We called once things started to get better and were told that they wouldn’t cover our claim because we didn’t call them immediately. Talk about compassion. Overtop of all of it the Supervisor was one of the rudest humans I have ever dealt with. Save your money and steer clear of this place.

Direct Quote "We will not replace this item because it is non - essential. Its not like its a fridge or stove. Microwaves, dryers and dishwashers are non essential." Into our second month of nothing and still waiting. Please be aware they do not intend to offer piece of mind and are unwilling to support customers. I bought this warranty to ensure that I was taken care of in these situations. I am not. When I call to inquire with them they ask me why I am not following up with the company I purchased from. They want me to do the work. They refuse to provide any details on timelines, they promise to follow up by email and don't. I feel like they are hoping I will just give up and let it go. Wondering if they took a page from the Madoff playbook.

We had a warranty claim on our dishwasher, although it was a long and difficult process we now have a new and upgraded dishwasher and we are very happy in the long run. A special THANK YOU to Julie the assistant manager for making it right and for addressing our concerns.

BAD COSTUMER SERVICE, i have a fridge from GE with extended warranty from phoenix A. M. D. my screen on the fridge is not working for almost 3 months, and they still didn't change it, they keep telling that they will call me back to see what they can do but no one called me , NOT HONEST, NOT RELIABLE, DONT BUY WARRENTY FROM THEM, NOT WORTH A PENNY

Worst warranty company ever. They had someone come look at my sofa 5 months ago and since then it's been a run around. They prdered wrong parts then had problem getting parts due to covid and a million other excuses. There are no parts even needed just fabric which I confirmed with manufacture 4 months ago was in stock. DON'T waste your money paying for a warranty with this company as you will be kissing your money goodbye and looking at the stain on your sofa forever if they even eventually do fix it.
