I was beyond happy with the service I received, this company was very educational walked us through each step. We are in are early 30s and have 5 kids so we rented a large rv They were not biased because of our age they where welcoming and answered all our questions even while we where away on our trip highly recommend for rentals and purchase of rv

This is a business where they are really nice when they want your money but ignore you when they already have it. We rented one of their RV's for Canada day long weekend and they gave us a vehicle that leaked out all the fresh water which prevented us from using the shower and sink. This was one of the amenities we rented it for as the showers at the Ontario provincial parks were not open due to covid. We reported it to Owasco while on our trip and again when we dropped the vehicle off. They promised to give us a call to discuss compensation once they were done processing the return of the vehicle. Waited a week but no call so I called them and spoke to the rental agent I had originally dealt with and she said to leave it with her and she will get back to me. It's Sept. 6 and I'm still waiting for the call back. This was our 1st time renting an RV and Owasco made it one of our worse experiences. We spent close to 2000 on this horrible Owasco rental. Please beware of this place as I would hate for someone else to have this experience. I have a video of the vehicle leaking but I'm unable to upload it here so I took some screenshots. Not sure if you can see the water leaking out and also the black tape they had their water tank taped up with. This is not the way to treat customers. Where has customer service gone. If someone from OWASCO would get back to me I would gladly share the video with them.
