I spent a lovely Friday morning with Brian who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer my numerous questions and requests. He showed me through all models, inside and out, that fit my criteria as well as pointing out many features that a girl may overlook....tires, tongue welding, etc. ;) A great experience and soon to be a happy camper thanks to Brian. Great facility and inventory!

It's been approximately 3 to 4 weeks since I have returned 1 of their 19 foot RV rentals. On my first day I reach my destination campsite I filled the freshwater and found out that there was a major leak. I headed back in to the nearest town to get a container to hold water, (20L bag). I also called Owasco, spoke with the same lady who did the initial walk around with me at the time of my departure. Anyways. I have had no management call me about this in regards to a an apology or refund of some sort. I have videos and pictures of this situation and I will be posting. I do not expect to here from them nor do I want to at this time. I will be posting on several media review sites with videos included and the the particular vehicle. This was a very expensive place to rent from and it was my first RV rental. I had to use expensive milage to get to and from the nearest town for this inconvenience. This was a time when the comfort stations were not fully up and running. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of courtesy in this manner. I hope you give this place a second thought before renting from them. I had a beautiful video of the entire leaking situation. Unfortunately no videos allowed on this site. Will find another platform to share my concerns and inform others to be aware of this poor service.

February 2021 we purchased a new Fuse RV from Brian. From our first contact with Owasco, to our signing of the deal, Brian was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with tuff to pull off with Covid protocols. He answered all our questions, which was a big help as this is our first venture into the camping sport. Top notch service from reception to the parts counter, the new location provides unsurpassed options on display for accessories and matinence for the GTA. Came in clutch this past weekend, the new toilet decided to kick the bucket, even with limited stock( darn pandemic) they had a suitable unit in stock and its a great upgrade, quick wire from the light switch(for now) and i have the fanciest toilet on the market and for 1/3 the cost. Thanks again
