I came to this store after the sleep clinic and I dealt with Cathy specifically. The place was amazing, had lots of variety but most importantly Cathy was extremely helpful and nice. I will come back and refer people to this store / location (Bowmanville) because of Cathy alone.

Excellent customer service! The Bowmanville and Peterborough locations coordinated seamlessly to assist me in getting quick service on a lift chair for my 96 year old Nan. I greatly appreciated the extra mile the staff went to to coordinate the testing of a new remote in a rural area. Many thanks to Wendy & Tim in Peterborough, and Kaitlyn in Bowmanville. Greatly appreciated!
