After gaining interest in shifting my dogs diet to raw, my friends told me this was THE place to go. The quality of product is consistent, and the pricing is more than fair. The staff have always been responsive and attentive to my questions, helping me to understand what's best for my dog's individual diets and needs. Before I relocated back to Durham Region, I would drive from Toronto, which is a testament to my experience with this company.

I haven't used the Resort services but their Primitive Raw Food service is outstanding. Our Bernese Mountain Dog was plagued with allergies and infections, despite constantly using the veterinarian's recommended 160/bag 'hypoallergenic food'. The vet was constantly plying him with antibiotics which he hated, and he eventually got depressed and stopped eating his food entirely for almost a week. Within four days of switching to the raw chicken and organ meat product here, he is eating happily, his skin infections all disappeared, his itching and scratching have stopped, and his coat looks spectacular. And while this is the least important factor, I am able to feed a 100lb Bernese Mountain Dog that used to consume 2 large bags of kibble per month, at 80-160 per bag (160-320 per month) on about 150 per month of the raw food diet. The customer service is excellent, the pickups are COVID-19 compliant (no contact), and they are very helpful on the phone. A true 10 star operation.
