Did not expect to even find a gym on Bowen Island, so this in itself was a great surprise. Even better... top notch facility and very well equipped. In fact maybe better equipped than some clubs 50X its size. Impressed! Plus super easy arrangement was made to accomodate our short stay. GREAT CLUB! Look forward to returning many times in the future.

I’ve worked out in many gyms in my time, and this one ranks high on my list of favourites. The owner is incredible; there is enough equipment there to satisfy everyone’s tastes; and the environment is kept to high standard of readiness. Many gyms lack sufficient free weights, but this one is very well provisioned. The change rooms in many gyms are the stuff of nightmares, whereas the ones here are tidy. I would imagine that it would be an uncomfortable experience exercising here during a peak visiting hour, as the space was designed to accommodate the needs of a small population. However, I have never chosen to exercise in these less than optimal conditions, so the matter of lack of space has never been a deterrent.

Not a huge space but has everything you need for a good workout. Plus convienantly located to cafes for a post workout reward
