Bought the basement humidex. This system does not work. Fan speed adjustment does not work properly: when I set the fan to half-speed it will stay there for a while; then go down to 1/4 speed all on it's own. Humidity adjustment does nothing. It will blow air out of your house, but that's it. Keep your dehumidifier; you're going to need it. And one of the previous reviewers is correct; they will not answer the phone. One time I called the support line, got their voicemail, which said they were closed. On a Thursday at 2pm?
