I am surprised to read that people had a negative experience with this location. I went in today and have nothing but a positive experience. The girl I dealt with was incredibly helpful and super nice. I would highly recommend them.

Went in to upgrade and had a little hiccup with my activation (by no fault of theirs mind you). Jordan was on top of things and helped me out until everything was working perfectly. She was very kind and understanding towards all my concerns. Displayed a lot of patience to deal with all of my questions about plans and policies. I had a great first time Telus experience here. Thanks!
I can't believe that we are talking about the same store? Katia took the time to help me figure out the best plan for my father. She took her time and called to confirm the offers that were available. Her colleague Sumeet was just as delightful. They were pleasant, respectful and engaging. I also appreciate all of the measures that Telus has put in place to prioritize safety with both it's customers and staff.
*0 STAR* Terrible customer service, rude behavior and no one wanted to listen anything. They needed to be polite and humble in this on going situation. I won’t recommend anyone to go to this Telus store. Infact i got a far better deal at other Telus store.

Went into the empty store to purchase a Telus sim card with prepaid top up cards, only to go home and find out I was given a Koodo sim card!! Terrible inconvenience as it was for relatives!!
