I purchased my 2020 Jeep Compass a week ago and I'm so happy I decided to go with CarHub Caledon Chrysler. Their customer service is amazing, they go above and beyond. Living two hours away made it difficult to take the vehicle for a test drive so this was my first time purchasing a vehicle site unseen, other then the pics posted on their website. Every time I had a question regarding sales or financing both Yash and Abdul responded very quickly. Both of these men were very friendly, professional and had a great sense of humour!! Purchasing a vehicle can be very stressful and these guys took the edge off and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase!!

Great dealership. Staff was really helpful. I purchased a BMW 440i. My sales rep was Joey. He was great, any questions I had asked were answered with detail and quality. Every time I contacted him he would answer the phone right away, text messages were answered quickly as well. You can tell he cares tremendously about his clients. Visit Joey for all your vehicle needs!!
Had to get a fuel pump relay replaced due to a recall notice received a few months back. I've gotta say, I've had my issues with this dealership over the years, but Steve made it right. I liked the fact that I received constant text updates advising me that they were working on my vehicle and would have it ready by a certain time. The mobile updates are a welcome change!! Steve also noticed I needed an oil change and gave me a really great deal, way to go the extra mile Steve!!
I had such an amazing experience. Chris made the entire process so easy and quick. He explained me everything, got my plates ready as I live in Scarborough and couldn't go back and forth as much. My car was shining at the time of pick up. Abdul (Director of Finance) made the financing process super easy and offered at a great rate alongside of a great warranty and some extra perks. Super thank full. A special thanks to Amandeep Singh (Manager) who ended up staying back till 6:30pm on Friday alongside Chris. You guys are such an amazing team. Definitely recommending these guys.
I purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue from Carhub Bolton yesterday. Kal was a great help, patiently arranging several test drives for me before I finally narrowed it down. The final sale went smoothly and quickly, Kal even went as far as to come to my home to pick up paperwork when I was unable to get to the dealership. Above and Beyond service.
