I have to disagree with the folks who say that their results took a few days. My experience was very different both the times I have gone! They were pleasant and knowledgeable however, they were not very timely getting me in. I was there for about an hour. The results got to my doctor the very next day. I definitely would return to this clinic and recommend them. All the best in 2021.

I found them to be very kind and *careful* during these times. Reception staff were great and the two technicians were mindful of the pain in my knee during the scans. I don’t normally do this, but felt I needed too. The staff cared about the pain I was in and looked after me. Thank you !

Overall staff is friendly and they provide quick bookings for ultrasounds. Wait times are relatively low compared to other places especially for ultrasound. Booking online is the best way since they call you with your appointment. They are doing some renovations and modernizing the place.

Unprofessional service by the techs. I had mammogram and bone density test done at this palce. The guy who did the bone density had his eyes on his phone, texting away than pay attention to the patient. Didn't even bother to tell me when he was finished with x-ray. In the end I had to ask him if he was done with the imaging as i was just laying on the exam table for a period of time. Secondly the Tech who did the mamogram was not experienced enough. Landed up that she made it the painful experience for the mamogram. If anyone wants to go Mamagram try the Orangeville hospital. Day and night difference. The owner of Bolton Imaging needs to a better job of educating and training the employees to communicate and be connected with the patients.

Was sent for ultrasounds and radiographs on both knees. Booked an appointment and got in within two days, front desk was polite and efficient. Appointment time was for 10:00 and they were 20 minutes late, not the worst wait time but still irksome. The female ultrasound technician was in a HURRY. She was annoyed that my scrub pants wouldn't roll up and that I took 20 seconds to remove them. She seemed adept, but the proof will be in the images. When we were finished she was further annoyed that I wanted to remove the copious amounts of gel before putting my pants back on. Another 10 minute wait for the male radiography technician, who was a delight and very kind and quick with the process. Again, the proof will be in the images and I'll update with the results. No huge complaints aside from the wait, the brusque manner of the ultrasound lady, and the fact that the lead shields don't *appear* to be sanitized between patients...
