We have been 4Cats Caledon customers for years. I’m disappointed to say that the way the studio is run has deteriorated over the last couple years. Communication with this studio is near impossible. You’re never able to call them and emails take about 5 business days for a response. The most recent disappointment is the manner in which their summer camp was cancelled. An email was sent the night before camp was due to start, and they wrote it in such a way to make it appear as though they tried to reach parents, when in fact they didn’t. In addition to the last minute cancellation and extremely poor communication, they chose to issue a credit and not a full refund, which is unconscionable, in my opinion. 4Cats Caledon’s policies and communication are deplorable - it’s too much of a hassle to resolve any questions or issues. Unfortunately my son has to attend one last set of sessions there since they refuse to provide a refund. I am deeply concerned to have him go there. We will not be supporting this studio after that.

My son went to a birthday party here. They made some neat crafts and some artwork and had a great time.
