Good prices and clean van but the service is awful!! Apparently you have to do easy checkout at the rental location cause it detects your GPS location. This is not mentioned anywhere on the contract and the guy didnt mention this either. They're then telling me that they will charge me an extra 20 if I dont do self checkout but its impossible if you are not at the location. Spent an hour dealing with what was supposed to be a simple return!

Fantastic job by Sam and my support from U-Haul in Quebec. Great service at this location and the staff was super friendly and more then accommodating. I would recommend the storage and cross country shipping. Even in times of a pandemic, they out shone their compatriots across the country in North Vancouver. Same is a fantastic manager and works with a great team at this location. Sofie, the forklift operator provided exceptional service and took pride in the job that she did. I will be using them in the future because of the superb service they provided. Thank you again!!

I placed an online order for 2 packing items and went to pick it up. After a half hour wait from the customer before me, my turn came and The manager told me that my order had already been picked up 2 days ago to which i replied: impossible because only i am aware about the order. He said he needed to validate on his security footage but he wanted to pass the people after me first and made me wait over 30 min after that. Checking the footage took him 2 minutes, literally and once he gave me my order, he then confirmed that he did not even look at the footage.... So all and all, very disappointed with the service and will not go back.

You for an amazing and professional experience at this location. There are amazing and giving the correct advice for all the needs that every client has. I had a hitch installed on a Toyota truck. They did an exceptional job and having a nice in neat installation of all the required wiring.

They changed the pickup location that I selected. The result: I now have to do double the amount of mileage with their truck! I called and asked them to compensate me for the extra mileage they're making me do, and they refused. Seems like a pretty good way to deceive your customers into selecting your company, good job, U-Haul.
