Would not recommend buying a home from Harry. After we gave our down payment there was lots of issues from there on in, not the best experience we had buying a new house. When you have issues he doesn't like to answer the phone or return your messages. If you do decide to buy make sure you get the contract looked over from someone with legal experience. We have had a couple of issues over the way we interpreted the contract and the way Harry does. Our home is made buy Maple Leaf Homes (which we love)and have been told they will not sell to Harry anymore due to too many complaints. Don't let any contractors you know work for Harry as he is not quick to pay his invoices. The electrician has now been waiting 8 months for his payment.

My experience with Harry Lebbenga of new frontier homes hasn't been a good one, the building itself is fine the problems started after it was delivered, getting Harry to send his guys out to do the finishing touches has been like pulling teeth, 5 months later he's still making excuses for not anchoring it down, storm doors still need to be installed and there is a a few small warranty items that haven't been fixed, 0/5 wouldnt reccomend this cowboy contractor to anyone
