This is not my personal bank, I do deposits for my Employer. I've only ever had courteous and almost consistently quick service from the Tellers. I have absolutely no complaints. I've also noticed that they have very little staff turnover. This tells me that they must be doing something right in how they treat their employees, too!

Just another bank, they dont have the late hours and # of locations as others but the atmosphere is great and tellers happy. A good way to avoid long line ups. The more popular banks in PG can get too busy.

I have only been with BMO a couple months but it's has just been such a good experience I want to share it. first off the customer service in the bank the first day I walked in to open a account was great. I didn't make a appointment I just walked in and was able to open an account on the spot, no hassle in and out. I was phoned a couple weeks later out of curiosity so be sure I was completely happy,a everything was working right. And then yesterday I was having a problem with my account. And standing in line I probably looked frustrating AF. So a customer service employee walks up takes me out of line and deals with my problem right away. Never have I experienced such great customer service from a bank. Every one is so happy and friendly in this branch. I have banked with Royal, Scotia, and Integris. Not bad, but BMO is better.
