I love quality beef and tried their steaks several times. Sometimes it was excellent, sometimes very tough. (Once it even had a fishy smell and I threw it out). Did a bit of research and found that the excellent tasting beef was from the Shaw farm (90 cattle on 35 acres pasture) and the horrible stuff was from Ralph Eyre’s farm (80 cattle on 4 acres pasture). I then went to verify the “feedlot” situation on the Eyre farm and I was shocked to confirm my beliefs – picture attached. If you purchase from Bluewater Beef, demand that you get it from the Shaw farm.

We had Bluewater Beef supply our luncheon at work today and everyone was ranting and raving over the beef on a bun. Salads and desserts were awesome also. Will definitely use them again for our company functions. Highly recommend them.
