Very friendly staff. Quick in and out for delivery. Overnight parking allowed for the semi truck and trailer. Entry gate is about 100m down the range road. Drive through carefully around the corners in the yard. Heavy forklift traffic in the yard. Wearing safety vest is a must at all times for the drivers at the facility. Overall good experience.

We recently purchased a Yukon Artic Spa with many upgrades, including the spa boy package. It uses dead sea salt and is virtually maintenance free. What i really like is the user friendly phone app that tells me the ph level chlorine etc. and any issues that may be occurring with the hot tub. It can also be viewed by arctic spa for troubleshooting. We had numerous long conversations with Manny Gregorio over the phone who went above and beyond with helping us choose the correct hot tub that meets are family needs. Are hot tub installation was performed by Mels hot tub service in Wisconsin, a certified arctic spa technician. He was very helpful and informative he answered all are questions. Hats off to Manny and Mel for making this buying experience a pleasurable one for Fred and my wife Lori.

Have been trying to get a part for my hot tub for months and have been told it is on back order by one store so called the manufacture directly. It took a number of days for them to get back to me apparently due to COVID. When finally getting in touch with someone he did go above and beyond to resolve my problem and had the part I needed in stock and even showed me how to installed. So happy this is finally fixed!
