It all started back in Sept 2019 when I was at the grocery store with around 200 worth of groceries and my debit card didnt work this lasted a whole weekend! I wanted to switch banks then but thought I would give them another chance. Fast forward to now, we are living in a pandemic and I wasn't receiving any money or working at this time. Bills came out and they charged me not one but 2 50 NSF fees. Not only that but anytime a bill came out they took an additional 5 from my account even of it was only a 10 transaction, during a pandemic knowing very well that my house hold was not working or making any money at that time. I also have a child with another on the way. Very disappointed in this bank not so much the tellers as they are wonderful. I have now switched to a bank that charges me a one time over draft fee if I even need it and has also offered me a line of credit to cover my bills.
