The best customer service...we drove from Sarnia to purchase our BBQ because Sarnia would not order one for us or sell the floor model and...the deceive customers with items on a shelf not being cashed out at the sale price indicated on the shelf even after the store employee said it was the sale item. Customer service is not focused on maintaining business in Sarnia, we drove to another Canadian Tire in Blenheim Ontario....Absolutely % customer focused...thank you Blenheim Canadian Tire staff...even when readying to close the following day for doing inventory for the store to change hands. The very best service at Canadian Tire can be found in the Blenheim.

The Blenheim store was one of my favourite places to shop, actually the first place I’d shop for items I thought might be available. The store ownership recently changed and we can now experience a very diminished shopping experience. Cattle shoots at the checkout with a plethora of cheap pick-up items to tease you as you wait in a longer line to pay for what you actually came to the store fo. Aisles are now crammed with more items, many unrelated to a “traditional “ CTC, such as a large rack of men’s leather belts you now need to walk around as you enter the paint section. Very disappointed for losing a great shopping g experience. Disappointed for the great staff too!!!
Helpful friendly service, smaller store but had all the selection I needed for a new sump pump.
