I looked all over the place for foot pegs for my NC 750 X, I only found things from China that would take a month to get here or from Europe that would cost a fortune in shipping. I then found that they had one on stock and original is always better question. I asked if they can ship them as soon as possible because in Montreal we still have some good days left, Jamon was nice enough to ship them on a Friday afternoon. Was searching for a very specific saddle for my Moto Guzzi V7III. The only options I found online were brand new for about 500 and I’d have to wait almost 2 months for production to get it. On Friday, I came across an eBay listing of a slightly used one (less than 4K miles) from BG for about half the price. The bike it was on was rough (it has been in a wreck) and it looked too dirty to spot if it was in good condition or not. So I called to ask if it was in bad condition and the guy who I talked to literally went back, found the seat, cleaned it, and reuploaded photos to the eBay listing so I could see it without the dirt, calling back about an hour later to let me know it had been updated. To me, this was above and beyond. Like he literally did that for some random phone prospect. Not only that, but I bought it right after the call and it already came in this (Monday) morning! And it’s in near-perfect condition. I’m in California and they’re somewhere in Canada. I never thought the best online purchase experience I would ever have would be from some random Canadian company with a used bike seat I want, but here we are.
