Great service staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Went all around west Edmonton mall to find a good service provider at a good price. They were great and deal with 4 service providers explained the differences between the providers and set us up with one that would work best for us. Happy with our purchase and will be back.

Pathiv was great! We were never assisted as good in a koodo representative. We were ready to go out when he stepped in and made sure we got what we wanted. He took the time, patience and did great! We definitely recommend the experience.

The service was excellent. Finalized everything in very short time. One problem was the sound in the store. The music was super loud and recommend to tone it down.

Sunal is the nest manager I met for wireless devices. His team is always eager to help with the best smiling faces around. I definitely choose them for my phone needs before going anywhere else.

We’ve visited this location a few times in the last year and each time the staff have been quite helpful and knowledgeable about the various offers from the carriers they support. I highly recommend going here if you’re not sure which carrier to choose from as they’ll help you compare.

I had pre-ordered a phone through the Best Buy website and had a problematic experience when the phone failed to arrive after 2 weeks. What really set this store apart was the amazing customer service that the store manager and one of their workers (I wish I could remember their names) gave me when I asked for their help in tracking my phone down. It was supposed to arrive at their location, so they took the responsibility upon them to call not only the Best Buy office, but Canada Post to see where my phone was and to give me an estimate of when they would get me my phone. When they were unable to give me an answer, they offered me multiple other solutions to solve my problem and gave me their personal phone numbers to get ahold of them if I ever had anymore questions or concerns about my delivery. I would recommend anyone to visit this store for inquiries. However, on a side note I would not recommend pre-ordering phones from the Best Buy website as it took way too long to get my phone. That does not take away from the customer service of this particular store.

Purchased a phone on Boxing Day understanding that it would be extremely busy. The sales associate Faizal was overall helpful; he was able to answer essentially all of my questions but when it came to providing any salesmanship on the Pixel 3, he simply said "I have an iPhone." Thankfully, I've done my research beforehand and knew that the Pixel 3 would be my next phone - I just simply wanted to get his input on the phone. When it came to the transaction there appeared to be some technical difficulties with entering the promo code which required the salesman to be on the phone with someone else. I was unaware that this technical difficulty was happening and was essentially left in the shadows twirling my thumbs. As a customer, I would have liked to be communicated this and not have to find out after 20 minutes of waiting. The most frustrating part of the experience was at the completion of the transaction - the salesman was on his phone once again, but with what appeared to be a friend. I'm not sure if it was an important phone call to make or have while with a customer but that put the cherry on the top for me. I think Best Buy Mobile is great but I'll be sure to do all of my business at the actual store and not a kiosk at west edmonton mall - the quality of service at the store is substantially greater than what you will find at any kiosk location. I'm pretty content with my new phone though.
