These guys are a bunch of crooks. They would rip you off and refuse to answer their customers. Don’t waste your time with this place. Spend your hard earned money some where more deserving.

Bought surface laptop Dec 2019. I was having power problems with the Surface laptop (It was not turning on). Took it to best buy geek squad. First question I was asked if I had in store warranty or no. I said no, But its within the 1 year manufacturer warranty. Guy pressed the power button a couple times, and told me yeah it DOES NOT TURN ON. Call to Microsoft. Good night. ,,, I thought they have real tech geek working there, I guess NOT. I came home, and called Microsoft, while I was on hold for agent I pressed and hold the power button a few times and it TURNED ON. Best Buy GREEK SQUAD, ,, REALLY

Seth from the mobile department was absolutely amazing today in helping me and my family set up some new phones. Despite many hiccups in the long process, due to technical difficulties with service providers, Seth stayed calm, positive, and communicative the entire time. He laid out all of our options for us very clearly, supported us throughout the process, and had a great sense of humour the entire time. Even after 3.5 hours together, Seth still offered to put the screen protectors onto our phones for us, and made sure we were all good to go up until the last minute of his shift and the store closing! We couldn't have been happier with the service we got from him, and would definitely go back and see him.

I went in for a laptop an came out with a desktop.. reasonably priced

When you call the store it gives you a terrible automated voice message that tells you to go online. There is no way to talk to someone at the store without physically going there.
