Very nice selection of products! I always enjoy shopping here. They always have what I want and the customer service is good. I find the items are very easy to find as well which is great!

I like shopping there occasionally when I know what I need. I noticed yesterday that their stock is very low of most of the products... their prices are also too high compared to the same online. The store is always clean and the staff are nice. It has accessible doors and clean washrooms with handicapped ones. We got our screen protectors installed yesterday for the phones. They did good job with my I phone but my husband’s didn’t go that well and he had them redo it. There is a huge parking lot for the plaza and we most of the time find spots easily except for before Christmas as all other stores.
Worst online service. Cannot tell me when my order will ship. Tried to cancel my order and they told me my order was too far along to cancel but yet they told me they cannot tell me when it will ship.... And when I brought their own policies up they just said I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused?? This is lying to your customers.... Right from my order acknowledgment, FAQs Q: Can I cancel or edit my order? A: As long as your order has not been shipped, you can cancel or edit your order on the order details page. Learn how to cancel and edit your order. Well apparently according to Bestbuy this isn't valid and yet it's posted all over! Can you say FALSE ADVERTISING!! First and definitely last purchase from any Bestbuy stores. I will pay more if I need to and get someone who cares about their customers and not just taking their money.
Tried to call the store and no answer during covid they don't answer their phones. Can't return our broken monitor needed for work... The guys suggested : buy another one ... Don't do returns... This monitor was used twice
Its good place to have all electronic stuff with good qualities. I just bought JBL which has amazing sound and I like it so much.
