The quality of these homes is amazing, there Energy savings qualities is above any other hope you could buy. They are great value and clearly in my opinion this is the best way to build a home. Their staff is amazing and friendly.

If you are going in with a limited budget, there not really interested in talking with you. I felt like I was inconveniencing this salesperson.
We bought a Bonneville home. The quality is very good and the after-sales service is fantastic. However, be prepared to budget for a lot more than what the Bonneville salespeople tell you. Our final build was more than 2-3 times more than the actual cost of the Bonneville home. Essentially you are buying a shell. The following extra costs do NOT come with the Bonneville home: excavation, foundation, crane rental for install day, mud & tape drywall, prime and paint walls, hardwood flooring and ceramic tile, plumbing hookup and install of all tubs, toilets and showers, shower wall installs, electrical hookup, 10 or more interior/exterior light fixtures, HVAC system, staining all wood, railings for staircases, upgraded kitchen countertops. It really adds up. I've heard from others of the aggressive sales tactics of putting down a down payment as prices are going up. Do not be fooled by this sales tactic. Take your time to decide what is important to you. Would we get a Bonneville home again? I think we would but we would manage Bonneville and the whole process a lot more differently. Bottom Line: House and after-sales services are excellent. Sales people, dealing with head office, and unexpected costs are below par.
If only my wallet was bigger...seeing all those great houses only makes me dream! One day, one of you will be mine...one day!
