This is the worst place I have ever seen. Do NOT book with them. They are penny hungry and have no consideration for people’s circumstances. It’s quite sad that their false advertising sways you in to book with them. Even during a pandemic they provide no compassion. Ya right “imagine the scenic flight, an uplifting experience” what a catch phrase they have advertised. They cancel on you at the last minute and then justify it saying it’s bad weather yet it’s a beautiful summer day and other companies are flying. I even called other companies as it was my birthday and they had no issues with their flight. I suspect it’s because they didn’t have enough people to go on the flight to make it worth their while since all they care about is money instead of an “uplifting experience”. Because of my Ill health I have been advised that I cannot fly but why would I want to fly with you?? Especially after the fact that I’m totally turned off by the lack of professionalism from both the owners and managers there. I honestly wish there was a negative 10 option because that would justify the quality of service here. But unfortunately the minimum star rating you can give them is one. Hope this helps you make an educated and informed decision when considering or NOT considering hot air balloon companies.

"Thank you essential workers"? Or "Go F#& yourself essential workers?" Given a voucher that has to be used within 6 months. Twice booked a flight, took time off work, booked a hotel for an early morning flight, weather looks perfect, and was improving all week. Cancelled at 11pm the night of, with no notice. Twice. Not notified, had to call in to an automated message. If 10km/hr wind is a concern, I guess you should find a different business. Because that's as calm as it gets in Alberta. We have to use these gifts by December. You think the weather will be better in December? Pathetic.

Enjoyed an amazing Balloon Ride to sunrise with my husband. Been wanting to do this for years. Loved seeing the landscape of London and surrounding area from above. The sky was so clear we were able to see Lake Huron and we even saw 3 deer running through a field which was so beautiful. The staff and pilot were awesome!!! Thank you for a great experience️

After attempting 6 times to get in the air, my husband and I finally had our day! It was fabulous! As a person with a fear of heights, I was super nervous, but it is so calm and peaceful once in the air! Thank you "Irish: for a beautiful flight over the city of Kitchener, and over the rolling fields south of Cambridge. Memories of kissing the tree tops and special landings will always be with us! (For those that are frustrated with cancellations, keep waiting! Don't let you dream be diminished by Mother Nature!)

Went this morning out of St. Jacobs. Loved it! We also had several cancellations due to weather over the past two years but it was definitely worth our wait. "El Capitaine" was our pilot and he was great! We appreciated that everything was explained to us in both English and Spanish. Would love to do it again!

Pro: RIDE WAS AMAZING! A dream come true! Con: Had to wait 2 years to take our flight! I still give them 5 stars, pilot was a real pro! Smooth ride. Totally worth the cost and the waiting! Also felt very safe during covid, each couple was in its own area on the basked and we all used masks. If you are planning this for a special date please save yourself some frustration and be flexible, it is a hot air balloon dude! No steering wheel. That means: - Wind a bit strong: cancelled - Cloud on the sky: cancelled ( I am exaggerating to ilustrate a point) - a bit foggy: cancelled - Your flight will be cancelled if the weather is not PERFEC! So please be patient, be flexible, you are not in an airplane and the flight is 100% dependent on weather. All the people that I see complaining on the reviews is because their flight got cancelled a couple of times and immediately go to the internet to complain. If you book be prepared for the possibility of MULTIPLE re-bookings, don't say nobody told you so! Still 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!

originally booked a hot air balloon ride for my husbands birthday last year, but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate on our chosen and back up days. I rebooked this year and we could not have had a better evening for it. The weather was perfect! We met our crew in a carpool parking lot and drove with them to the chosen launch site. (A park in Alliston, in this case). We then waited and watched while they set up and explained everything to us, and then waited for the perfect wind. I must say, the initial feeling of lifting off the ground was so amazing. We had a very experienced pilot (Ernie) who has flown all over the world. He started us off quite high up and we could see downtown Toronto and even Georgian Bay! You don't feel like you're moving at all because you're moving WITH the wind, so it's very peaceful. The sound of the burner when the pilot blows it is fairly loud, but it's only a few seconds at a time. We then dropped lower, so we were skimming the tops of the trees. This was our favourite part, and we felt like we were birds flying!
