My package sent 2 day service has been in the Bellville depot for 3 days now and was never sent out for delivery. I offered to go to the depot to pick it up as I needed it in the morning. They said I couldn’t do that then changed the status to recipient to pick up. They did it after 8 pm now they are not open till 5pm the next day. Knowing full well I needed it j in n the morning. This place stinks. There is a lot of room in the package delivery business for a more reliable carrier in Ontario.

My package has been in Belleville since July 1. I was told it would be delivered on July 3rd only to receive an automated message at 4:30pm that delivery was cancelled. I phoned and was told it would be delivered July 4th but it never arrived. Now I'm shuffled from one call centre to another to try and get an HONEST answer. I purchased a shipping label (hired ups) and had a package shipped from texas to ontario. That was 2 months ago. Ive been tracking it , after it arrived at belleville, the updates just stopped. I opened an investigation. 2 weeks of that, the investigation is closed saying the package is not lost. I see the ups truck go by nearly every single day. Yet my not lost package doesnt make it on the truck? There still isnt an update regarding the whereabouts or timeframe of my delivery. Ill never privately hire UPS again.
Made the colossal mistake of shipping a custom guitar with UPS paid hundreds of dollars for standard shipping, made it to belleville in less than a week then sat there for 3 weeks still havent located the package no response. \Customer service\ agents transferred me from department to department for hours with no progress. This Belleville store is especially suspect and needs to be investigated for theft and fraud. Not only will i never use UPS again i will 100 percent tell l everyone i cross paths with in the future to avoid this failure of a company. 0 STARS
