PLEASE avoid this dealership at all cost KEN MONTGOMERY Refuses to do warranty work They told me my vehicle needed 3000 worth of work and even though it has 20,000 km its not covered ?? I refused to have them fix it and took it to a local mechanic The local Mechanic called me the next day to my Surprise they told me my vehicle would only be 380 plus tax ???? That is a long way from 3000 PETER SMITH GMC I really hope the family gets involved in this business and makes it the place it once was ( A great family ran Business!!!! ) it seems like KEN is ruining what Peter worked so hard to achieve

I was helping a friend purchase a truck. These guys went above and beyond to make his experience far beyond what I would have imagined. Ken is an awesome guy, I believe he is the service manager. Your after sales experience will no doubt be a good one with him at the helm.
Stay away from Cheryl she pushes all insurance/warranties on seniors who don't understand what they are signing. She says you can think it over and let her know later then when you call back it's too late and it's already added to the price. If zero star was an option I would have selected it.
I have emailed them multiple times to address a mechanical issue but have not heard back. My email is [email protected]. Update: I spoke with Greg Jones from Sales who was very helpful and settled my issue. Very professional. They have a small town attitude to keep their customers by making them feel appreciated. I am from Ottawa and wish the same could be said for the the dealships I have visited. Thanks
