I was very pleased with how Sheena was able to handle the concerns and questions that I brought forward after a procedure. My teeth have always made me very self conscious and dental work has been something I would try to avoid as it made me extremely nervous and scared. As I am expecting my first child, I knew now was the time to really focus on my dental health and didn’t want anything to sway me away from my decision (whether it be being scared or upset). Sheena went above the call of duty to make me feel listened to and understood and I felt offered me genuine compassion and care when speaking with me about my concerns. She very much restored my desire to continue with my dental treatments at DBTB. Her kind words meant so much to me and her concern for mine and my child’s health went a very long way. Thank you Sheena.

I would like to take a few minutes to say thankyou to the staff at Dentistry By The Bay everyone has made me feel quite welcome as a new patient . Robin was very kind and explained how my new crown would be done and fitted. She even got all of my lab work done on very short notice. Tina cleaned my teeth last week and answered all of my questions and provided me with my favourite tooth brush. Dr. Majid is my new dentist and is very caring, I hope he stays in Belleville. Shannon has the tough spot were we all pay . I think I paid her enough to let me come back!!! The whole team was excellent in sanitizing in these struggling times. Thank You Darlene.
Great place! my husband went in and he was treated in a great way they did his dental work and the staff was very polite and there is a girl by the name robin and she took care of all the calls to insurance etc... and a very nice way of communicating all the info in a very polite way. thanks to all the staff all are very polite.
This is the best dentist ever There amazing they take care if you better then your family There the best in all of Toronto Prices are moderate clean place I would send anybody I know My husband will be going and he's scared
