Prices are generally fair, staff is always helpful and kind, and selection is forever changing and adapting. If you're looking for a sweet fruity tea, a matcha, or a latte it's always good to get one there. Tea of the day is awesome. Product line is excellent as well. Their mugs are amazing because they're HUGE. I would wait for semi annual sales and online sales for new mugs though as they tend to be much cheaper than regular price.

Employees don't seal the bag, tea spills everywhere. Great place to go if you like buying tea you'd rather wear than drink! Otherwise, I would avoid it. When I contacted them asking if they routinely sealed the bag (as they have always done), they stated that they do but recently the bags have gotten difficult to close. Employees offered nothing short of a "my apologies" for the inconvenience of losing all of the tea and missing an engagement because my clothes were ruined. Just about the poorest customer service I have ever experienced; it's a shame because I was a frequent shopper there! Never had any issues before this. Don't plan on giving a penny further to a store/brand that doesn't value their customers.

Nice selection of tea, wish they didn't use flavours as oppose to actual foods for flavour.
