Wrongful termination all around, failure to comply with government labour laws, unsafe staffing conditions, and chances are you are not going to get paid properly or at all. These all describe AYS. The company is privately owned and management is poor and unprofessional. Accountability is forced on to those not responsible. Management makes cruel remarks about staff to other staff. There is very little training for staff and structure to their clients lives. You will end up working excessive hours for 14-16 an hour, asked to work even more and then not be paid properly or at all. The safety and well being of the clients is not a priority for management. The training and effectiveness of staff within the agency is an even less priority for them.
